As soon as you place an order with Santva, our dedicated team initiates the shipping process without delay. We aim to ship your order within a 2-3 working day span. However, please note the following exceptions:

  • Bulk Orders: Orders with a larger quantity of products may require additional time to prepare and package. We will notify you of any extended processing times for bulk orders.
  • Pre-Order or Out of Stock Products: Items labelled as pre-order or temporarily out of stock will require additional time for processing. Once these items are restocked, ready or packed, we will promptly notify you. This process may extend the dispatch time, ranging from 2 to 6 weeks, to ensure the availability of the product before shipment.
  • Busy Periods and Unexpected Circumstances: During busy periods, such as holidays or unforeseen situations, there might be a slight delay in processing your order. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during these times.

Shipping Charges

We deeply value your trust and strive to provide you with a satisfying shopping experience. We do not impose any shipping charges for orders above 2000. Additionally, please note that a separate charge for Cash On Delivery (COD) orders will be applied.
